USA ePAY Errors

Anyone know what would cause these erros with USA ePAY?

Transaction ID:40739013Type:SaleStatus:Error ()Auth Code:Avs Result:No AVS response (Typically no AVS data sent or swiped transaction)CVV2 Result:No CVV2/CVC data available for transaction.

I am having the very same problem. Got all the latest installs.

Does anyone have a solution? The Google doesn't seem to have any idea.
