Payment Module Options Not Showing in Admin

Hello,
I have ran into a peculiar problem, and have not found any help on any previous posts. I would be very greatful if someone could help me fix this problem.

When I log into my store Admin, and access Modules > Payment, the page that loads is missing the right sidebar which contains each of the modules' options. This problem is not present on Shipping, Order Totals or anywhere else in the Admin.

I discovered this problem when trying to enable the error logs.

I am using version 1.3.8a, successfully upgraded from 1.3.7. I cannot pinpoint when this problem first started, as once I had upgraded and set up the relevant modules I wanted, I haven't had to visit this page again.

You seem to have a problem with one or more of the payment module files on your site.
Specifically, the list is not showing the Paypal Express Checkout module in the list, and stops showing any further page contents at that point. That suggests that an error has occurred when trying to load the module file or its supporting language file.

You'll need to fix the error by either re-uploading the module file and language file, and/or by removing any backup module files you may have left on the server.

You might also try the debug-logging utility to find out the error message that's being triggered. See step 2a of this FAQ: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82

Not being too familiar with the intricacies of Zen Cart, could you be more specific about which Module and Language files I am looking for? Particularly the location of these files.

All your payment modules are located in
/includes/modules/payment

and the corresponding language files are in
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment

Ive reuploaded the said files directly from the original 1.3.8a Zen Cart fileset, but the problem is still the same. Anything else you can reccomend?

Did you try the debug logging utility I mentioned?
And put it in the admin side.

Yes, this is what it says:

Any chance you can help me decypher it?

The Modules > Payment page did once work fine and I managed to configure it perfectly hence me not needed to return to it. I cannot understand why it doesnt work anymore.

Your site should have 2 files with the same name:

/includes/modules/payment/paypalwpp.php
and
/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypalwpp.php

But, even though they have the same name, their content is VERY different.

If you're getting that error message, you've most likely got the wrong file loaded in the language folder. I suggest reloading the language file from a fresh download.
