Default Updated CSS not functioning properly

Ok I have a problem I cannot figure out. I recently upgraded my site to 1.3.8 and created a back-up test site on my PC using Wamp. I tested the upgrade and everything was good with the exception of some display quicks. I fixed these on my test site using information I found here on the forums and tested the local site using firefox and IE. I then upgraded my site and everything went great. I uploaded the changed CSS file to my CUSTOM/css folder and now its not displaying correctly in FF or IE??? here's a link to my site:

What I want it to look like is the screenshot attached.
I went back and downloaded the CSS file from the online server and compared it to the one on my test server using Winmerge and they are exactly the same. Is there something I'm missing here??
instead of my header_bar.jpg showing up, I just get these 2 black lines.

Also I have noticed that my subcategories do not display correctly. They should be aligned center, under the logo, instead they are aligned left. Any idea on how to change it?
    As seen here:http://www.gameoverbeyond.com/index....ndex&cPath=121
I'd like the subcategories (accessories, consoles, games) to be centered.

I think you want the padding:175px in #logo rather than #logoWrapper, and maybe some other of the stuff, too.

You'll probably need to increase the height of #logoWrapper to accomodate both images.

    Subcats look centered to me.

Thanks, I'll give that a try and report back. I'm at work right now and don't have access.

As for the centering thing I ended up changing the style from a column of subcategories to a row based on a post I found here and added a mouse over effect. I actually prefer it since it adds a little more "pop" to the subcats.

I'm not sure what happened but now its displaying properly. I think it was a cache issue on my end, as after I was working on some mods, i noticed it was displaying correctly.
