Installing sql patch

Help please i installed a new mod but in the process i forgot to upload th sql patch. I have read several threads and done what was said but no results. Where do i install the patch after the fact. My admin is locked out so i need a back door upload. I tried to upload via php admin but no luck still locked out.
Here is the error.

1146 Table 'ariaspa1_zc5.zen_admin_menu_headers' doesn't exist
in:
[select id from zen_admin_menu_headers where header = 'Configuration']

I am working on a subdomain of my main web. Also use filezilla for all my uploads.

You will need to edit the SQL to add your zen_ prefix and them apply it via another route such as phpMyAdmin.

Ok i am new so how do i do this. I can edit files. Just not sure where to idit in file itself.

You need to insert "zen_" in front of each table name to create, for example "zen_admin_menu_headers" as per the error message that you quoted earlier.

Yahooo, I figured it all by my self. At least how to change the item in myphp. Never done this before. Thank you for your help. It all works now!!!!
