How to upload tracking numbers?

Hi.
When I create shipping label via Paypal it sends tracking number to customers. But customers keep asking me where's my item. Is there any automated way that upload tracking numbers to customers accounts from Paypal.

I do not know of an automated method for this, however there is a commercially available module for sending customers pre-formatted Delivery Tracking emails, complete with the URL for tracking the delivery.

Have you looked into using Ty Package Tracker (in the free downloads section).. It allows you to enter the tracking number data and send this to customers. Since they are part of the order comments, customer can access this information form their "My Account" page..
