table rate COD

Hi,

I'm using Zen-Cart 1.3.8.
I need a COD order total module, which is table rated based on the total price of the order.
For example, 1-10$ the cod fee shozld be 3$, from 11 to 20 $ it should be 4$, and so on.

Is there available or has somebody a some solution for this?
