    Default background image zen 1.5

    does anyone know how to add a background image to a zen 1.5 site?

    I have read some posts on the forum but they must have been using an earlier version. All the lines of code they mention were'nt there, so this makes me think it was on an earlier version.

    I want the image to be behind everthing.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    If it's 1.3.5, it should be just a matter of adding a background-image line to the body section in the stylesheet.

    Yes, sorry it is 1.3.8a, and is that stylesheet.css in MY_TEMPLATE/css/stylesheet.css?

    I cant find a body section to the "includes/templates/theme113/css/stylesheet.css". I did a word search through the file and the word "body" did not apear. I'm a graphic designer, I'm no expert at code, I've just been roped into this by my boss. :)
    I just need to put an image into the background of the site but can't find any real answers to this. All the answers are for older versions of zen cart.

    That would be extremely unusual. It's usually the very first entry. If your site is so unusual that it's not there, then there's probably very little advice that we will be able to give you about it, unless we see it (other than if it's not there, just add it).

    OK. Dug up your site and took a look. The body styling is in your stylesheet_tm.css stylesheet.

    That is one poorly constructed template that looks like it's then been really hacked about. There's no way people are going to be able to advise you on it with seeing it. Just post a warning about the content, so that people can choose to avoid it if they wish.

    yeh.... I dont know how you found my site. I didnt post the URL here, and i'm sure I would have warned people of the content if i did post it.

    My boss bought the template and decided he wanted the colours and the layout totally different. I could not convince him to get another template.

    I wont ask for advice again on this one. Cheers mate.

    anyway... this is how I did it, Cheers Kuroi for shining a light, however vague and dim, on the fact that what I needed to do was modify "stylesheet_tm.css"

    on line 9 - background:#ffffff url(../images/bg_white.gif);

    Cheers guys, maybe when I'm Totally Zenned I'll be able to critisize templates and work I've had nothing to with, eh Kuroi???
