Adding an Image to Login Page?

Is it possible to insert a small image on the Login page?
I would like to display my SSL Seal (png image) to the right of "Welcome, Please Sign In" or any other place that is convenient.

Just go to the tpl_login.php page and insert the code where you want it. Don't forget to insert the javascript, too. You actually don't have to put it in the head section. You can put it just above the call.
