what does this mean sql patch

i keep getting this error with the lightbox cant find an anwer anywhere please help. this is what it tells me.

1146 Table 'lacharma_zc1.configuration_group' doesn't exist
in:

The error message is telling you exactly what the error is that the table "configuration_group" doesn't exists in your database lacharma_zc1. You might want to go into phpMyAdmin and manually check if there is a table by that name.

i did that and its there thats why i dont know why i got the error
