Confirmation Page Text Formatting

Well, after 2 hours of searching I cannot seem to find an answer to my question.

On the Confirmation Page (3 of 3) all the Text looks to be perfect.
Until you get to the...

Payment Method:

Credit Card

Credit Card: Visa
Credit Card Owner:Mike Johnson
Credit Card Number:40######XXXX0027
Credit Card Expiry Date:January, 2009

You may notice the only line with a SPACE after the COLON is the first one. All the other mash up against the colons.

Would someone please point me to where in god's great earth I can edit this and put a simple SPACE after the COLONS?

And oddly enough, when I Copy & Paste the lines of text in question, they paste out WITH the spaces after the colons.
I am about to go MAD!
