Grouping Items in Shopping Cart

Is there a way to group items? Here's an example of what im looking for

Im really looking for this feature to work.

I'm not sure if he has exactly this, but you should check out the various add-ons from thatsoftwareguy.com. I know he has ways to group the purchase of items, and he may know how to style the cart based on that grouping.
