Checkout without delivery info

Hi, I need add a extra option in the step 2 of the checkout process, that allow to set a predetermined info like Shipping Address.
For example, in the process of Checkout we have 5 steps. The first is "Step 1 of 5 - Billing Information"... When you go on with "Continue Checkout", appear the "Step 2 of 5 - Delivery Information"... here you find setting for default the billing address live the one to shipping, and a option to "change/add a address" if you need the delivery in other place. Here is my question: It is possible to add other option that say "without delivery or to Pick Up Orders", that be the same that the one of add other address but that automatically put the address where the people will go to pick up the product...
It is any clear? Someone know if that is possible?

Why don't you just use the built-in Store Pickup shipping module?
