I am currently using 1.3.8a with the Authorize.net AIM module as my payment module. When a customer purchases from the store the order is processed through the gateway and can be found inside the Authorize.net control panel. An email is sent from Authorize.net to the merchant but not to the customer. The customers have been emailing asking about their orders, and that is how the issues came up. Typically the orders are international, not domestic.

I called Authorize.net and they said not there problem because the charges are going through and they can all the various parameters.

This was a clean install but the client did report that this has happen to them before with this cart. I am using the Cherry Zen template, but receive the same message even if I take the template off and run a card through classic. the exact message is :

"[This transaction has been approved] - Your credit card could not be authorized for this reason. Please correct any information and try again or contact us for further assistance.
