not receiving emails

Hi all,

I seem to be having problems receiving order confirmations to my emails address, the customers get their confirmations, customers can contact me from the contact us page and I receive those email, but nowhere do I know what my customers have ordered from me unless I look in customers/orders in admin.

Any ideas??

I'm not able to receive e-mails either and am not too sure how to correct it. Below is the message I am receiving in my e-mail account. Thanks for any help.

I called GoDaddy and they said their forms are different scripts than Zen-Cart and I needed to go in and change Zen-Carts php scripts so I can receive my orders and e-mails. May I get advice on which folder or folders I need to change? Thanks, Patty

I checked everything in my configurations and it all looks like it should in the instructions per above.
My hosting company said to insert this into the form for contacts <form action="/gdform.php" method="post"> . Is this something I need to do? If so where do I insert it? weddinggowns

GoDaddy doesn't know what they're talking about, and thus you're getting their typical generic responses.
