clean installation with new mod can I import db after?

Hello, I am installing my site with new mods, so I have
mysite in 1.3.8a
and mysite with new mods always in 1.3.8a

when I finished with the install of all mods I need to insert in new site all my products and all clients and orders?

It is possible?
products I can insert with easy populate.

But for client and orders Can I insert old clients in new site?
I have this question because maybe with new mods it creates new tables of database, so how can I do?

I had to install a new clean version because the old it gives to me some problems.

The fact that the old site gives you problems is concerning, but you would open both databases in phpMyadmin ==AFTER BACKING THEM BOTH UP== and follow the drop table function in export on the tables you wish to move to the new db and paste them in SQL >> Hit go.
