Important Links - Change Side box title

Hi

I have been trying to work out how to change the tittle of my default side box "important Links".

I've worked out that this sideboxes/ezpages.php in the side box setting under admin.

I think I'm correct in thinking all the side box setting are in Root/includes/languages/english.php

However I experimented by backing up abd then deleting this file. It ruined all my side box text settings, apart from sideboxes/ezpages.php which leads me to believe I must change this somewhere else

I have looked in

root/Admin/includes/language/english/ezpages.php and root/Admin/includes/language/english.php

If someone could help that would be amazing, I'm pretty new to this. I've been pulling my hair out for a few days over this.

Look in admin | tools | developers tools

type in important links (select admin/catalog from the dropdown) and you'll see the file you need to change
