Transferring/move customer/sales information

I am setting up a whole new zencart sight, in which I am merging my 3 sites to one so it will be easier for me to manage. What I would like to know is if it is possible to move the present customer information/sales that are in my other sites to my new one? If so, how? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.

There a module add on called easy populate that you can add to your sites that you can download the Information and add it to the one store, it's in the free software add ons section above.
