adding live chat support

Hello

I would like to add Provide Support's Live Chat Support to the left column of my site so that it shows up on all of my pages. They provide the code to be pasted in. Is this possible?? and if so where would I paste the code? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm using Zen 1.3.8a.

Yes, it's possible.
You can paste provided html code in:
public_html/includes/templates/template_default/sideboxes/ name of your first sidebox in left column

.. Just paste it on top of code, above first <?php

I did in tpl_login_box.php, and you can see the result here:

Wow, I quite like your site layout, what did you use? I mean is it flash, it looks so alive! Where did you get you template? I am developing something like that, an online grocery shop, and was wondering how to make it attractive to visitors like yours, pity I could not understand the language on your site.

1. No, it's not flash. Just java script ( featurecontentglider.js ), you can find it on web.

2. The tempate is default Zen-Cart template, configured throught CSS and admin configuration panel, with a few
add-ons that can be find in Free Software Add-ons.
And.. some CSS contribution ( for example if you open
INFORMACIJE / O nama , at the bottom you can see a
aero-photo shot. If you hover with mouse over yellow
marked roofs you'll get information in pop-up window.

3. Sorry for language. This site is specially designed for a wholesale story, and ment to cover only domestic market.
