Default Need to make a separate stylesheet for IE

I need to make a stylesheet just for IE glitches (surprise surprise) but i don't know where the CSS is pulled in as I need to add conditional comments to be able to use an additional stylesheet for IE. Can anyone help me locate where the stylesheets are imported in?

    Thanks

The stylesheets are drawn from your installed template's css folder.

In a default install, this is in the "classic" templates folder(s).

    includes/templates/classic/css

But your SHOULD have your own CUSTOM template set up (see over-rides in FAQ / WIKI for the reasons).

When you have your own template operational, the css is drawn from all the files (xxxxxxx.css) in:

    includes/templates/YOUR_CUSTOM_TEMPLATE/css/

No, you don't understand what I am asking. I need to know where the <link rel="stylesheet" href="xxxx.css" /> line is located so I can wrap conditional comments around the one I want ONLY for Internet Explorer. Because IE is, for want of a more technical term, annoying as hell, I need to create a new stylesheet for it but ONLY draw it in if it's IE.

There is a contribution in the Free Software Add Ons which sets up exactly this, and tells you how to do it easily. Or just go to this thread for the same thing, not neatly packaged up for you.
