Access Denied

Our store is still in the build stage at signaturetennis.com/store. This morning this address started showing "Access Denied".

The host says the script error is the following:

We can still access the Admin side.

I don't really know where to look. Any ideas?

Well, they could have been more helpful than that. I'm sure that the Error Log would have given more understandable info.

But let's take a guess. It says at the end "Access Denied)= 13" and "Errno 13" either means that MySQL is not available at all, or in this case may mean that your includes/configure.php file contains the wrong db info.

If it's not that then it may be an error within a template you are using - so switch to another template using the admin panel.
