Enhanced Who's Online addon - SUPPORT

Sorry for re-posting No one seems to answer on the who's on line thread..

I seem to be having an occasional double entry with my who is on line (I am using enhanced vs v 1.0.5 - 02.1.2010 on zen cart 1.3.8a)


This is also apparent when they have a green/active cart. The only thing I can spot is that they have 2 different session Id's.

Any assistance would be much appreciated

er, um, since they have two different session IDs, they'll definitely show as separate entries.
that's the way it's designed to work

why exactly is this alarming to you?
what specific business problem is this causing for you?

There really is no cause of alarm, but more curiosity as to why this is happening all of the sudden, I run a few zen carts as you may well know and until recently I had not seen double entry's (although you could argue that because of different session id it is not a double entry) however me I see one guy two carts doing same same, so really the double information is of no use, sure of course I can live with it, it's not an arm or a leg. In business it just wasting a bit of my time when I look and see a number of the double entries until I figure out they are same IP and same objects....there I deflate when the possible sales become 50% less. As I said I had not noticed it until recently so I asked myself what I did a little while back and it was..
Updating to this version vs v 1.0.5 - 02.1.2010
Since then I noticed that the following vs is available and wonder if it is compatible for zen 1.3.8a and if the improved admin filter may fix my above problem.

Short answer: I don't know. I don't use either. If you're lucky, maybe someone using that combination may chime in.

Thanks again for the great contribution. I've been using for years and I really like it.

My two requests remain and I hope that you or someone else can tell me how to improve this contribution for my own use:

* Can you tell me how to have the list sorted by last click time from most recent to oldest? I tried adding an ORDER BY time_last_click ASC to the sql statement but this doesn't seem to have had any effect.

* Can you tell me how to filter out spiders? I'm really not interested in seeing spiders in my who's online page.
