Trouble with newsletter mod...

Hello!

Tried to install the newsletter subscribe mod and it doesn't seem to be showing up anywhere (under customers tab) and I get the following message when trying to send email... What did I do wrong? Please help! www.doooomed.com

Hi,

One or more of the files in the Mod have not been uploaded correctly. Re-upload all the files and try again. Check that you are uploading the admin files to the correct place if you have renamed your admin directory.
