Your Shopping Cart Contents Customization Question

I want to edit the way the buttons:

back to shopping
refresh button
go to checkout
estimated shipping

are displayed on the page

I checked the file

/www/includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php

but I can't find any references to the buttons?

What file do I have to edit?

The file that displays the buttons is..

includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php

Remember to use the override system.
