Where in admin can I go to add contact info? I believe it is something I can enable?

I guess I should say how do I enable the contact form page?

Go to admin > configuration > my store and fill out the goodies.

Then go to admin > configuration > email options and make sure all the information is correct.

I got it. Use EZpages...

There is a Contact Us page included in Zen Cart by default. No need to make a new one.
