Minor Email and password input box size discrepancy in IE7 (Korean only)

In regards to my earlier posting,

I found out that the problem occurred for me because I'm using Korean version of IE7.

I went to http://browsershots.org/ and tested the page on English IE7 and it looked proper.

Here are the images viewed by the two versions.

I also went to many of live shops created using ZenCart and all of their login pages looked like mine. (with different box sizes)

I'm reporting this as a bug because I've used other cart solutions including OSCommerce and CubeCart and never seen this happen. (I've always used Korean version of IE)
