Default Can I shorten the breadcrumb to just the current page?

    Hi there,

i was just wondering how i make it so that instead of displaying the full breadcrumb it just displays the current page.

    So instead of

    Home > accessories > shoes > nancy

    its just

    Nancy

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    Thanks
    - Solly

Why would you want to do that? The breadcrumb is designed to ease navigation. If it's just the product the customer is viewing, it's pointless as far as I can see.

If you don't like the breadcrumb, you can simply turn the whole thing off in the Admin> Configuration> Layout Settings> BreadCrumb Status

What you're asking for doesn't make sense.
Why are you dumping the breadcrumb?
And why display the page title again when it's already on the page?

All i want to be able to do is JUST have the title of the page rather than the breadcrumb ?

    is this possible?

how does that not make sense.

I understand the breadcrumb already shows the current page. But i dont want the WHOLE breadcrumb displayed.
