removing delivery address

Hi,

Is it possible to remove the delivery address option, I sell goods that some individuals like to steal, ie use credit cards that are not theirs and have the goods delivered elsewhere to sell on.

I would rather that the goods went to the billing address.

All sorted, any chance you can help me with these 2 problems?

No 1 is all my customers are receiving an email after ordering saying "thanks for your order (0)" any idea why there is no order number?

2nd is I seem to be getting double orders showing in admin, it tell me they have ordered twice for the same item.
