HELP!!! Error on Check-out with FedEx modules

Using ZenCart 1.3.8 with FedEx Express and Ground modules installed. unfortunately I have nothing but errors upon check-out. I have followed all of the instructions which come with the installation, but have not been able to take a screen shot to secure the site with FedEx as the "readme" indicates to do. (is this step from v1.2 still necessary?)

I've attached some images to show how the store looks at the "view cart" stage and what it then looks like on "check-out"

If anyone has any information on how to solve this, it would be most appreciated. Looking for solutions ASAP so my client can have a working store.

I think I've solved my issues. managed to find the solutions for FedEx on 1.3.8 (test = test1 removal) and switching "debug" off has worked so far.
