How can I remove the text 'This product was added to our catalog on' that appears on the product pages... or at the very least how can I change the spelling of catalogue to the *correct* english spelling ;-)

I done a search in the admin tool kit and it came up with about 20 or so pages that have it in them... is there a way of changing it globally, or will I have to open up evey individual page and change the spelling?

Ideally my client wants it removed.
