Newsletter formatting

No matter which way I try, the formatting of any newsletter I create is abominable.

If I use text, the lines end in bizarre spots. If I try html, I get all sorts of codes in the final email. Pasting in a graphic is impossible.

Is there a new module I should have? What I do have is completely unusable.

well the problem i am getting is that when i do insert an image in the newsletter and i email out. it does not appear at all to the customers. i dont understand why. any one?

What file(s) are you editing, and what program are you using to edit them?

There are at least two ways to correct this. 1) use inline styles only with no head section in the newsletter - ineffecient but it works. 2) create the newsletter start to finish in the FCKeditor.
