Auto updating order status

Hello Everyone, I want to setup zencart to sell digital products by allowing users to download files. I wish to receive payments through PayPal. I did setup a test site and created a dummy product. My difficulty is, for the user to be able to download his product, his order needs to be processed first i.e. change the order status for each n every order from Admin panel. Is there a way through which this update can be automated, or multiple updates be made at a single time. Also, once the order is processed, I wish to send an email to the user with a link to download the file. TIA

If PayPal successfully receives payment for the order, it will be set to Processing and the downloads will be activated, and an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer. At that time they can login to their account and receive their downloads. It's all automated already.

I tried out on a test site which didn't have PayPal integration yet.

Just one more thing, How do I upload mutiple products, meaning I do not have to set attribute for each and every downloadable product, because all my products are going to be downloadable, any script or mod that will enable me to do so.

I'm not aware of any batch scripting tools to automate the setup of downloadable products. You'll need to set them up manually.
