Shippig estimator always shows Zone 1 Rates

hi,

I am using ZC : 1.3.8V

My problems is, I am using the Zonte Rate Table. I want to configure the Zone Rate table in a way, where it will different rates to different location within the same country.

Ex : Sri Lanka -> Colombo - $2.00
Sri Lanka -> Galle $5.00

so I added all the locations as zones in Sri Lanka, and gave zone codes as well. then from the zone table shipping module.

Even though the settings are like this. when I tried a location in zone 2 the shipping estimator always shows me the calculations according to the Zone 1 rates.. what did I do wrong..?

Please educate me...

Zones 1, 2 and 4 are all set for the same place - LK. You would need to tweak you code slightly so that the Zones rate took into account the County/State/Province when calcuating the rates.

Zone 1 Countries is set to LK, as is Zone 2 COutnries and Zone 4 Countries. You can only use the Zones shipping method if different Countries have different rates. If different regions within the same country have different rates, then you need to look at a different shipping method.
