log in to admin issues

hi all,

i just finished installed zencart.
i can open my zencart front page.
but when i /admin and want to log into admin.
i key in my username and password - the page shown it cannot be loaded.

may i know how to change my password or resolve this problems?

As now i cannot log in to admin site to configure my zencart.

hi all,

i log in my admin using this username and password
username: Admin
Password: admin

But the admin page cannot load properly.

It show the following error message:

Warning: Your Admin login is not secure ... either you still have default login settings for: Admin admin or have not removed or changed: demo demoonly
The login(s) should be changed as soon as possible for the Security of your Shop
Go to Tools->Admin Settings to change login IDs and passwords.
For additional Security for the Admin please see the /docs

Then nothing come out - at the bottom of the message. I cannot configure my zencart settings at all.

Please help.
