Default Checkout Issue - HTTP 400 Bad Request

    Hi,

I have a problem with my checkout, you can put things in your shopping cart but it won't let you go to the checkout stage. It brings up HTTP 400 Bad Request, does anyone know why this could be happening?

    Thanks

Looks like your SSL cert isn't configured correctly by your hosting company. It isn't the cart which is failing, but the server. Just go to https://www.dpmperformance.co.uk and you wull see this also fails, due to the SSL.

Probably - may just be that if the SSL is installed, they need to restart Apache. That is one of the most common causes of this fault.

Is that only something they can do?

Depends on your host and your account priviledges.

Most of the time, if you have a new SSL, your host should be the one to install it as there are certain aspects of teh procedure which cannot be completed without full permissions.
