Larger image showing wrong image

Ive uploaded some extra pics to the same folder as the original, the have the same file name and have the _1 added to the end on tje filename. Whe I click the uploaded _1 image on the site the original image gets displayed instead of the _1 image.

This is holding up my progress as I have a lot of items that require multiple images.
Any ideas as to what might be the problem?

Larger images should be named
myimage_LRG.jpg in images/large folder
myimage_MED.jpg for medium in images/medium folder
myimage.jpg is original image into images folder
myimage_01.jpg is additional image into images folder

This is only happening for one particular category, every other one Ive done works fine without uploading the _LRG file. The images get thumbnailed and scaled up to the original size.
I'll delete the products and try again, see if it happens again.

Are you using Image Handler 2 mod, or uploading manually or via zencart admin?

Just uploading the first image by admin then using FTP to upload the extras to the same folder.

INCORRECT..look at folder paths laid out in my examples
i.e.
LARGE image goes into folder /images/large/
NOT
/images/

Done as you said but still the same, doesnt make any difference if its in the large folder.

What happens if you upload larger images i.e
/store/images/Nixon_headphones/payloom-masterblasterbrown_LRG.jpg to /store/images/large
and or
/store/images/Nixon_headphones/payloom-masterblasterbrown_MED.jpg to /store/images/medium

Do these inages med/lrg need to be resized or just the originals renamed? Im backing up the site to use image handler if its any good.
