Default Major issues, input and advice would be greatly appreciated!

I installed a fresh version of Zen cart (the most recent one) onto my server for a friend who's hosting their website off of mine and nothing seems to be working image wise!

I have the exact same one installed via my domain and everything is working the way that it should (thank goodness!)

Her's however isn't. I checked to make sure that everything was in order IE: you didn't need to be logged in to browse and so on, essentially her settings are identical to mine except you can see my images and not her's at all. Also the links are showing up as duplicates.

The template/product images are installed on my server as I double checked and re-installed everything.

    Here's the URL to her store: http:// mandismuses.net /shop /

Its driving me crazy because I can't figure out what's wrong granted I'm not the *most* advanced at this but I figure if I installed mine OK, her's should be too.

double link in your images are normal in FF if missing images.
product images are not stored in template folder , they stored in images folder under shop root..

make sure you have correct setting for your configure.php file located in your Includes folder .. thats the best place to start with issues like this ..

Thanks! I did change the permissions to 0644 because before they were set to 0777, and it still hasn't seemed to have fixed anything in her store.

You can see a few images, but not that many and they are all stored in the root folder from what I can see, not the template folder.

I'm just trying to help her out because I am hosting it for her via my webhost and I set it up but she herself is adding all the products in her store on her own.

*sigh* I would just hate to have to do a re-install and have her start all over.

Just makes no sense because I have the same software installed with the same version and I haven't had any problems with it at all. The only difference is the domain name but the everything else was installed in the same fashion.

It appears to be a permissions problem -

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /shop/includes/templates/classic/images/tile_back.gif on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Within your includes/templates/

    755 permissions for directories
    644 permissions for files

You should be able to use your FTP program to make the necessary permission changes.
