Access codes in Order Confirmation Email

Can the order confirmation email be set up so that an access code is included so the customer can access downloadable material? Also, if there are 6 different access codes can it be set up to send the correct code according to which material they purchased?

You'd need to customize the send_order_email function (and maybe some other parts) in includes/classes/order.php - which is a core file that doesn't use the override system.
