i am sure this been asked (and answered) a 100 times... but i am lost

where can i change the color of links (to white) for ez pages (top bar and bottom bar)?

i can change colors of all links to white (which sort of suks, because most of the bg is white too.... so it's difficult to see those links, unless you accidently mouse over them)...

so i want to keep normal links blue, but change the color of links for exp pages to white....
