Remake payment after confirming by admin

client purchased but not paid, I need a function that admin can change the order info., like price, shipping cost, order quantity, payment method, etc., after that buyer can go to "my account" againt for payment if it's not paid.

Sometimes, if buyer has already paid, but he/she requested to add quantity, or requested to use other shipping way, the total amount will be different with paid, so there's a difference, I also expect there's "Still need to Pay $..." button when the order info. is changed, for buyer to make up payment.

The cart does not process the order unless paid - - except for the check/moneyorder method where the status is by default "Pending"

I have not seen a module for "Still need to Pay" and this is not a default action

Thanks kobra, yes, it's not processed before online payment finished.

What I want is like Ebay, place order, seller changed price, then buyer go on making payment to finish order.

"Still need to pay...", what I mean is buyer already made payment, but for some reasons, shop ower change the order details, and the final total amout is greater than the buyer paid.

Example, I have a customer, when he purchase, the shipping cost is not available, only indicates $0.00, so he paid online only for items value.

When I arrange shipment for him, I can edit the shipping method, and add shipping cost.

My customer go to "My Account", and direct to the order, pay again the extra cost.

You will need some custom programming to accomplish that.
