Remove New Products and All Products Links

I want to turn off the links that say New Products and All Products but can't figure out how. Where do I do this?

admin -> configuration -> layout settings

Categories Box - Show Specials Link false
Categories Box - Show Products New Link false

Categories Box - Show Featured Products Link false
Categories Box - Show Products All Link false

Set them all to false
