How do I remove the "your members cart will merge with guest cart"?

Where do I go to Remove-

Note: Your "Visitors Cart" contents will be merged with your "Members Cart" contents once you have logged on. [More Info]

By the time the customer is at check out it's a mute point about Visitors Cart vs Members Cart-

and honestly I don't want to distract my customers with anymore info that won't directly effect their purchase at this point anyway-
