Page urls on the fly

I have need to write a small customization for our carts.

What I need is the dynamic information to include a per page url in the head.

So like http://website.com/thispage.html

I can get the base url working, no problem but haven't been able to generate the specific pages on the fly.

Any ideas?

Not exactly sure what you are trying to do here. more info and example would be good
