Manufacturer Name in Centerbox Contents

I would like to have the centerboxes display the manufacturers name under the product title, currently it looks like this:

Product Image
Product Name
Price

and I would like it to be

Product Image
Product Name
Manufacturer
Price

I believe the files I need to edit are new_products.php, featured_products.php and specials_index.php in includes/modules (two of these are already edited and in my override lol and the 3 are the only ones I show on the front page) but I am not sure where and what to add in, any help would be appreciated....and if needed to post the code from those files, holler at me :)

Yay I did it LOL took me a few goes to get the syntax right cos I wanted to keep the price there LOL but I got it, thanx for pointing me in the right direction

I would love to know how to do this also as i have been wanting to remove the following from my listings.

Manufacturer: (want this to say Designer)
Product Description under the designer & price section, not under picture

If you need me to explain more ill do the best i can lol, hard sometimes lol

Oh also i forgot to add this is for all listings, like if you click on new listings and so on so forth, like

New Products ...
All Products ...
