Default Help on new pagination style.

well, is been little over 12 hours working on this . woow.
i moded the pagination by changing few things in split_page_results.php .. ( no idea if i did it in correct file )

things are working ok , but i can not adjust the pagination . i like it to be were the original was or in the centre of the page

here is a link to the site .. is on my dsl computer so might be slow .

    tekwar.dlinkddns. com/zencart/test/index.php?main_page=products_all&disp_order=4&page=2

styling is not finished , was working to sort all the problem for all this time .

any idea on adjusting , would be great

this pagination , uses UL LI , so if you look at the source , everything is set correctly , but i think there is problem with CSS , something overwriting something else .

    Looks fine to me???

What do you see as the issue with more explanation as to what you want versus what is there than "i can not adjust the pagination"

interesting thing is , it looks good in IE7 But not in FF

in IE , is floating to right nicely , but needs to come lower ( baseline) , in FF , needs to move to right more and get to baseline

    ok ,sovvvy , i m very tired today , so i sound .. ..

if you look at the pagination .. in IE , pagination shifted to right side .. close to the edge, but in FF , is like 30 to 40 px shifted to left side ..

also , original zc pagination , was closer to horizontal line separator .

ehh. that was too much typing .

First, I still do not know what it is you are referring to by "pagination" - - I am sure that you have an exact idea what you are meaning but I am blind here and your statements do not lead me to an issue.

Second, I NEVER use IE for any development but did blow the dust off it and to me it looks the same

    I am viewing at 1024X768

    pagination =
    (1) Refers to numbering pages in a document.

    (2) Refers to dividing a document into pages. Most word processors automatically paginate documents based on a page size that you specify.

    sorry again .
looking at the listing .. you will see the numbering that allows you to navigate to other listing , next , 1,2,3 , previous .. thats pagination .

thats what i have a bit of problem with .I don't use IE for design this is pure CSS , it just happed that looks ok in IE and not FF .

    You are using invalid code.

    <div id="allProductsListingTopLinks" class="navSplitPagesLinks forward"> <ul id="pagination-flickr">&nbsp;<li>

</li>&nbsp;&nbsp;<li> << there are many of these errors

    </a>&nbsp;</li>&nbsp;</div>

    - cannot have ASCII code in a UL but not within LI tags.
    - there is no closing </ul> tag

FF is displaying the code correctly whereas IE (as usual) is not.

Thanks .. problem has been fixed. well, i hope .. now i can sleep ..

i have no idea how space characters got in my page .. this is new install of zc and that was first time modifying split_page_result.php and i had them all over the place .. i use notepad++ so it was not something done by the editor. as for closing UL , humm, it was in wrong place

allProductsListingTopLinks is div id, i did add this to style , since this is the only way i can adjust paginations vertical alignment .style part of this id , will not effect anything since original zc style did not create property / value for this class ..

thanks again for your helps guys..
