Featured page looks like Main Page

I recently had my site re-designed

It is currently on my test server

Specials page is working, Featured pages are not...

(lingerie site - you have been warned)

Could someone guide me to the files that i need to check to get my featured pages working....

I was looking at featured - not featured_product
