I need some help with getting Flash to wor

Ok, I had Flash working in both IE and FF and then one day IE stopped working. So I removed it.

Then I tried to add it via Categories / Products and it only shows up in IE but not FF.

I tried downloading Flash Hacks using sfObject, renaming it to match my template, uploaded to my Server and I see nothing. What am I missing here? As this seems to be the "fix all" solution for adding Flash....however the read_me file didnt help me to much as to what to do to get it to show.

PLEASE advise as once I get this addressed I can move on to a few minor tweaks and then populate my products and go live.

Currently I have my Flash code in the following places:

includes/templates/7th/common/html_header.php
includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_main_page.php

Which it currently seems to be working in IE as well as FF. However, this is the same code that worked in the past and one day just stopped working in IE.

I tried to add the code to includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_main_page.php via Admin panel route rather than directly in the file and it worked in one browser but not the other. I would like to get it to where I could add my code to any *.php file and/or via the Admin Panel (define) if possible.

Those are correct files...

That should read
includes/languages/english/html_includes/NAMEOFYOURTEMPLATE/define_main_page.php
and flash works fine there if code and paths to flash file are correctly entered.

I do not have includes/languages/english/html_includes/7th.

I created it and moved all those *.php files into it and now under Admin panel, nothing shows when I click the drop down "select a file to edit"

NO...

You dont MOVE them.. you COPY them and place in
folder for your current theme..
