I've looked through the FAQ and the threads here and can see information regarding how to release a purchased gift certificate, which I did once I received payment. And my customer got the standard email from Zencart. However the link in the email just takes her to my homepage: http://katzgardengloves.com.

I can't see that she has a GV balance on the Customer listing either.

She actually wanted me to mail the GV but I can't do that without the redemption code so that it isn't duplicated by the customer as well.

I'm using 1.3.7 version. I've not upgraded to 1.3.8a yet. I have installed numerous add ons but can't think of one that would have affected this.

So how do I tell her how to forward the gift certificate to her intended recipient or how can I do it? Why wasn't there a redemption code? Why doesn't the GV column show up in the customer list? Help.
