Shoe Shop, different shoe sizes?

Hi there,

I'm building a shoe shop, so there will be a generic product description for each shoe make and model, but obviously there will be a limited number of shoes in each size.

I need to do a drop down menu or a tick box or something so that people can select. I'm not a complete beginner, but what's the best way to approach this? Please advice
