I've installed a new store and I am setting up the sales taxes and zones. My home state is Georgia and sales for the other states show up correctly (they show the gross price of the item). My home state when ordering shows the net price and then adds the sales tax back on to the item. I've searched the forums for several days and have been unable to find anything to correct this problem.

The install is 1.3.8 on a linux server with current php and mysql on it.
