Making Instant eCheck Module Cleaner?

I have the instant eCheck module installed and it works great in all, but it's not neat looking at all when checking out.

I'd like to make it so when the ticker is ticked a menu drop down and has the required fields.

If that's too hard, then maybe collect the information on the last page of checkout.

Also, if there are any checkout modules I can modify, please let me know.

Anybody tried this module?

It doesnt send me any emails.

Also, which file do i need to edit in order for these info to be input at the end of checkout process instead of during selecting it?

Any guidance from experienced zenners is appreciated
